And remember to store your soaps in a well draining soap dish, as an excess of water can lead to soft soap.Note: Almost all of my soaps are vegan friendly with the exception of just two
recipes. Sheep to Soap made with lanolin and Lemony Thicket made with local honey. As both of
these ingredients are obtained with no harm done to the animals in
question, I personally feel comfortable using them even though they are not technically vegan. All my soaps are gluten free.

Such a deep, woodsy aroma you will love to get lost in. Men and women equally find this scent attractive. I was surprised to learn in my research how turmeric has been used traditionally in India. Brides and pregnant ladies are instructed to apply turmeric to make their skin soft, smooth, glowing and supple.

CASTILE SOAPS
Castile soap gets its name from the Medieval kingdom which formerly occupied much of modern Spain. At least as early as the 1500s, the kingdom of Castile was mass producing and exporting a soap made with locally available olive oil, instead of tallow. Similarly simple olive oil only soap recipes were used traditionally in the Arabic world (where they preferred to use virgin olive oil) since the 10th century and also in Northern Italy and Crete. Yet it is the Spainish kingdom that maintains the fame or at least the name in the English speaking world to this day.
There is something really attractive in the simplicity of this
recipe. It is just olive oil and lye. That’s all! Of course for some of the following soaps I added a few other fine natural ingredients and essential oils .

$ 6.00 USDAccording to Wikipedia, the name Rosemary "derives from the Latin name rosmarinus, which is from "dew" (ros) and "sea" (marinus), or "dew of the sea" — apparently because it is frequently found growing near the sea." So that explains the name, I hope. Really I just wanted to see what would happen if I combined these two amazing scents together. This one is woody and herbacious but floral and earthy at the same time. It is a raw,fresh and envigorating scent that everyone will love.
